Delivery Terms
During checkout, you'll have the option to select the delivery method that best meets your needs.
Orders are processed for shipment after payment confirmation, typically within the following hours: Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be handled on the next business day.
Please note that shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
All orders are shipped from Munich, Germany, where our products are crafted.
"Will I be responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes?"
