Returns & Exchanges
Every DESIRE piece is meticulously handcrafted, ensuring the highest quality, which is why manufacturing defects are virtually impossible. As a result, we do not typically offer returns or exchanges on our jewelry.

However, your satisfaction is our priority.
If a piece doesn’t quite meet your expectations, we are happy to assist with a return, even if an exchange isn’t possible.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in pristine condition with no signs of wear. Exchanges cannot be processed for products that do not meet these standards. You are responsible for packaging the items securely to ensure they arrive at DESIRE in perfect condition. We recommend reusing the original packaging from your order. If items are received in poor condition, we won’t be able to process your exchange.

You can only exchange a product for one of equal or greater value. If there is a price difference, it must be paid within 14 days of receiving the item. DESIRE Jewelry will arrange for the shipment after payment is received, which will be at the customer’s expense, payable via PayPal or bank transfer.

The return or exchange period is within 14 calendar days of delivery. Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sale items cannot be returned, and shipping times for these orders may vary.

To request an exchange, please contact us on Instagram or email at projectbydesire@desire.com. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the process.
For exchanges, the new item will be sent to you after we receive the product you wish to exchange. You will need to send the package to the DESIRE office address. Please ensure the item is properly packaged and ready for shipment. Once we receive and verify the condition of the item, we will send out the new product.

If you wish to return a product within 14 days, you are entitled to a refund, even if the product regardless is damaged or not. However, the item must be in perfect condition with no signs of use to qualify for a refund or exchange. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged securely so that it arrives in pristine condition at DESIRE Jewelry.
